Facilities Reservation Cancel/Change
Prior to changing a reservation, verify if the Facility or time is available.  Facility Reservation Calendar will allow a resident to verify the date and time a facility is available prior to completing a Facility Reservation request. 

HTCA Management maintains the right to move reservations as deemed necessary.  You will be notified if there is any change to your reservation.

Once this reservation if confirmed or denied, you will receive notice either by email or in your Alpha box located in the lobby of the Mail Center.
