MAILBOX RENTAL (for renters who cannot use the owner’s mailbox): $10.00 per month plus a refundable key return of $12.00

FORWARDING TO HAPPY TRAILS
 
Owners:  When forwarding mail to Happy Trails, make sure it is a temporary order with a stop date. Snowbirds might find it easiest to have their forwarding order expire two weeks before leaving the resort and have mail held at their home post office from that date until their return.
 
Renters may have mail temporarily forwarded to Happy Trails if the Lot owner provides them with a mailbox key.  Please check in OR call HTMC at 623-546-2494 to confirm the mailbox number to use for forwarding.

If the Lot owner does not provide a mailbox key, a mailbox can be rented from the Mail Center (depending on availability). Please call 623-546-2494 to obtain a box number.

REDIRECTING MAIL FROM HAPPY TRAILS
 
USPS will not forward mail from Happy Trails to another address

Mail redirecting (aka mail forwarding) is available at the Mail Center.  Use the link below to order a supply of labels and/or mail packets, plus to notify the mail center when you are leaving. 
 

NOTEInforming the Mail Center when you are leaving does not eliminate the need to fill out a Departure Form for the office.

Renters’ mail will be redirected for up to 30 days after checking out.
Owners’ mail will be redirected as long as needed.
 Redirecting will terminate 30 days after the sale of the lot or upon permanently leaving Happy Trails.

We only re-direct First Class Mail. NO NEWSPAPERS, NO MAGAZINES, NO JUNK MAIL.


SERVICES NOT PROVIDED (due to not being a sub-station of USPS)
  • No mail forwarding with official change of address forms from USPS office
