SPACES

The price per space for the season is $120.00. The walk-in rate for those who attend less than the full season is $30.00 per table for each Vendors Day event. Electricity may be available on request; however, we have very limited locations with electricity.

 
  • Vendors may be limited to two adjacent tables.
  • An eight-foot table and one chair will be provided (additional chair by request).
  • Vendor-provided racks may be substituted for a table if we are notified in advance.
  • You may occupy approximately three feet of space behind your space(s) for seating.
  • All merchandise, racks, chairs, and signs must be within the space assigned and may not block the aisles or hinder the view of other vendors’ merchandise.
  • No used items, articles, or merchandise may be displayed or sold.
  • Pets may not accompany vendors.

CANOPIES

Canopies will be permitted outside designated locations. We do not provide tents. A 10ft x 10ft space rents for $210.00 PER SPACE for the season. If tables or chairs are required, the vendor must provide them.

Electricity may be available on request; however, we have very limited locations with electricity. The walk-in rate for those who attend less than the full season is $45.00 PER SPACE for each Vendors Day event.

 
  • Vendors may be limited to two adjacent canopies.
  • All merchandise, racks, chairs, and signs must be within the space assigned and may not block the aisles or hinder the view of other vendors’ merchandise.
  • No used items, articles, or merchandise may be displayed or sold.
  • Pets may not accompany vendors.

HOURS
  • Hours for sales are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  • Set-up time starts at 7:00 am.
  • Off-site vendors will not be admitted through the gate before 7:00 am.
  • If a vendor does not occupy the assigned space by 8:00 am, that space may be sold and reassigned to another vendor. No refund will be made.
  • Vendors must remain with their merchandise on display until 1:00 pm.

RESERVATIONS

Reservation Request Forms are available at the Vendor Information table in the Performing Arts Center or request a form by sending an email to: vendordays@htresort.com. Reserving and paying for the space commits you to abide by these guidelines. All reservations must be paid for in advance and in full at the time they are made. We start booking in the spring for the following November to April shows. Renewal applications and full payment for the following season must be received by the prior season's April Vendors Day to guarantee your renewal. HAPPY TRAILS ASSIGNS ALL SPACES. VENDORS MAY NOT SUBLET TO OTHER VENDORS.

REFUNDS & CANCELATION POLICY

Reservation payments will not be refunded. The exception to this policy will be considered only if there are unusual circumstances and is at the discretion of the Vendor Coordinator. Inclement weather is not a valid reason for requesting a refund. We reserve the right to cancel Vendor space reservations at any time.

HAPPY TRAILS VENDOR COORDINATOR RIGHT OF REFUSAL
The Vendor Coordinator will maintain the right to refuse any Vendor. Examples include, but are not limited to the following:
  1. Duplication of brand name products.
  2. Sale of any drug or medication.
  3. Products not listed on the registration form. (Only products approved by the Vendor Coordinator may be displayed or sold.)
  4. Not fulfilling customer satisfaction. (You must make your refund policy known.)
  5. Unfair business practices or inappropriate behavior.
  6. Firearms.

WAITING LIST
If all spaces have been sold for a Vendors Day, those requesting space, thereafter, will be placed on a waiting list. Selections from the waiting list will be made at the discretion of the Vendor Coordinator. Standby is permitted if there are no-shows on the morning of Vendors Day.

PARKING
Vendors should park along Happy Trails Boulevard or Roy Rogers Boulevard to leave room for your customers. Vendors are not allowed to park in the parking lot. Parking at the curb in the parking lot is permitted for loading and unloading only.

INSURANCE:
Vendors must show proof of current liability insurance.
